GMOTORCARS DISCLAIMERS AND AGREEMENTS

Although every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on this site, absolute accuracy cannot be guaranteed. This site, and all information and materials appearing on it, are presented to the user "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. All vehicles are subject to prior sale.
SMS TERMS OF SERVICE
1. When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup. Depending on your selection, you may receive marketing and non-marketing messages which include offers, news, and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. Text “HELP” for help. Text “STOP” to cancel.
2. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number that texted you. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
3. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to the number that texted you. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

IF FINANCING
Should you finance with an indirect lender from Gmotorcars, it is important that you stay compliant and produce any or all documentation required by the banking institution. Failure to produce documents within 7 days will result in a forfeit of your contract. It will be your responsibility to return to the vehicle within 24 hours. You will be responsible for any cost incurred including detail. If the finance institution requires a welcome call, you are agreeing to comply within 7 days of the scheduled call made by the banking institution. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of the contract mentioned above. 24 Hours to return and reimbursement of any cost incurred.
TRADE IN TITLE
If you are trading in a vehicle, it is your responsibility to produce a title or lien release within 30 days of the sale. If you fail to produce a title within the 30 days, you would be subject to repurchasing the vehicle back plus any additional cost incurred which could be our sold profit (if sold) , transportation and time.
GMOTORCARS (3 Month or 3,000 Miles Promise) WARRANTY
If stated at the time of sale, Gmotorcars may provide a 3 months / 3,000 mile Limited Powertrain ($100 Deductible). See Dealer for more details. Anything 10 years or older or 150,000 miles or more is absolute AS-IS. See the dealer for more information. GMOTORCARS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MANUFACTURER KNOWN DEFECT. Seepage or Minor leaks of a combustion engine are not covered. We do not guarantee or warranty any Catalytic Converter (Factory or Aftermarket) or related emissions. We encourage you to get an independent inspection at the buyer's cost. Extended Service Contracts are available for an additional cost. Should you decline any additional coverages you are 100% responsible for your purchase after the GMOTORCARS standard 3/3000. The total benefits payable is $3,000 for the term of the limited warranty. IF YOU PURCHASE A MODIFIED, LIFTED or SPECIALTY VEHICLE, the warranty provided by GMOTORCARS only covers factory stated parts in the AVP packet. ABUSIVE DRIVING & EXCESSIVE CONDITIONS WILL VOID WARRANTY AND ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT COVER FOR ANY BREAKDOWNS during the warranty period. Examples but not limited to is OVER REVVING, HEAVY THROTTLE USE, RACING, SNOW PLOWING, HEAVY CONSTRUCTION USE, UNREASONABLE DRIVING CONDITIONS, TOWING ABOVE STATED CAPACITIES.
GMOTORCARS.COM LOVE IT OR RETURN IT POLICY
In the unlikely event a vehicle should be returned, the seller is entitled to recoup the cost involved with rescinding a deal. A restocking fee ($1495) which consists of detail, lost fees including plates & title, depreciation, and administrative work. Additional cost may apply if sold out of state, the consumer will be responsible for shipping cost and any paper mailing fees. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, except for reasonable wear and tear and defects or mechanical problems which occurred after the buyer took possession of the vehicle. The maximum days allowed is (3) calendar days after the initial delivery and must be free of all liens and encumbrances, other than those created by the sales contract. DOES NOT APPLY TO SPECIAL ORDERS. IN STOCK ONLY UNITS.
SHIPPING
IF GMOTORCARS is assisting in shipping your vehicle, please note we use a third party vendor, we are not responsible for any damages that occur during transport. We do not guarantee transport time, we provided ETAs provided to us from the trucking company hired. Every effort is made to make the shipping as fast and smooth as possible however we cannot control mother nature, truck drivers, trucking companies or anything that is out of our control. You have the right to hire your own transportation should you desire too. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PAID IN FULL OR FUNDED PRIOR TO LEAVING.
GMOTORCARS IS TRANSPARENT WITH FEES
Price does not include applicable tax, title, license, processing and/or documentation fee ($377). The value of used vehicles varies with mileage, usage and condition. Book values should be considered estimates only. We do not add any other fees such as dealer prep or transportation. Any fees added without the consent of the buyer above and beyond the price are deemed illegal.
WHAT COMES WITH MY PURCHASE
All vehicles are guaranteed to have at least ONE (1) key at the time of delivery, however we do not guarantee 2nd key, Original Owners Manual, or Original Floor Mats*** We can assist you in obtaining an owners manual via PDF, Aftermarket Floor Mats or additional keys at your expense for our dealer cost. All vehicles will come with at least a half tank of gas.
CAN I USE MY CREDIT CARD TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE?
To ensure our competitiveness on vehicles, we will accept Credit and Debit Cards Fee free up to $1999.00, anything above ($2000.00) is subject to a 4% fee. This is a computer generated payment, not all vehicles or persons will qualify for this payment. For a more accurate payment please contact our store.
