General Disclaimer
Although every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on this site, absolute accuracy cannot be guaranteed. This site, and all information and materials appearing on it, are presented to the user "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. All vehicles are subject to prior sale.
Financing
Should you finance through an indirect lender via Gmotorcars, it is critical that you remain compliant and produce all documentation required by the banking institution. Failure to produce requested documents within 7 days will result in a forfeit of your contract. In such an event, it is your responsibility to return the vehicle within 24 hours. You will be responsible for any costs incurred, including detailing fees. If the finance institution requires a "welcome call," you agree to comply within 7 days of the scheduled call. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the contract, a 24-hour return requirement, and reimbursement of all incurred costs.
Trade-In Title
If you are trading in a vehicle, it is your responsibility to produce a title or lien release within 30 days of the sale. If you fail to produce the title within this timeframe, you will be subject to repurchasing the vehicle back, plus any additional costs incurred—including lost profit (if the vehicle was sold), transportation, and administrative time.
GMOTORCARS 3-Month / 3,000-Mile Limited Warranty
If stated at the time of sale, Gmotorcars may provide a 3-month / 3,000-mile Limited Powertrain Warranty ($100 deductible). See Dealer for details. Any vehicle 10 years or older, or with 150,000 miles or more, is sold strictly "AS-IS." Gmotorcars is not responsible for known manufacturer defects. Seepage or minor leaks in a combustion engine are not covered. We do not guarantee or warranty any catalytic converter (factory or aftermarket) or related emissions components. We encourage you to obtain an independent inspection at your own cost.
Extended Service Contracts are available for an additional fee. Should you decline additional coverage, you are 100% responsible for your purchase after the standard Gmotorcars 3/3000 period. Total benefits payable are capped at $3,000 for the term of the limited warranty.
Specialty Vehicles: If you purchase a modified, lifted, or specialty vehicle, the Gmotorcars warranty only covers factory-stated parts in the AVP packet. Abusive driving and excessive conditions will void the warranty. This includes, but is not limited to: over-revving, heavy throttle use, racing, snow plowing, heavy construction use, unreasonable driving conditions, and towing above stated capacities.
"Love It or Return It" Policy
In the unlikely event a vehicle is returned, the seller is entitled to recoup costs involved with rescinding the deal. A restocking fee of $1,495 applies, covering detailing, lost fees (including plates and title), depreciation, and administrative work. Additional costs may apply for out-of-state sales; the consumer is responsible for all shipping and document mailing fees.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, barring reasonable wear and tear or mechanical defects that occurred after taking possession. Returns must be initiated within three (3) calendar days of delivery. The vehicle must be free of all liens and encumbrances other than those created by the sales contract. This policy does not apply to special orders; it applies to in-stock units only.
Shipping
If Gmotorcars assists in shipping your vehicle, please note we use third-party vendors. We are not responsible for damages occurring during transport. We do not guarantee transport times; ETAs are provided by the hired trucking company. While we strive for a smooth process, we cannot control weather, driver schedules, or other external factors. You maintain the right to hire your own transportation. All vehicles must be paid in full or funded prior to leaving the lot.
Fee Transparency
Prices do not include applicable tax, title, license, processing, or documentation fees ($377). The value of used vehicles varies by mileage, usage, and condition; book values are estimates only. We do not add hidden fees such as "dealer prep" or transportation. Any fees added without the buyer’s consent beyond the stated price are deemed illegal.
Purchase Contents
All vehicles are guaranteed to have at least one (1) key at delivery. We do not guarantee a second key, original owner’s manual, or original floor mats. We can assist you in obtaining a digital owner’s manual (PDF), aftermarket mats, or additional keys at our dealer cost. All vehicles will be delivered with at least a half-tank of fuel.
Credit Card Policy
To maintain competitive pricing, we accept credit and debit cards fee-free up to $1,999.00. Any amount of $2,000.00 or more is subject to a 4% processing fee. Not all vehicles or persons will qualify for all payment types. For a more accurate payment quote, please contact our store.
